Newsletter and More


Spring Creek has a monthly digital newsletter called the Spring Creek Current which keeps the news "flowing and up to date."  It is emailed to subscribers on the first of each month. The newsletter has articles about what the community is doing and how to get involved, highlights upcoming events and activities, and provides important contact information.

TownSq is Spring Creek's official management communication website. Register on TownSq to receive notifications from Spring Creek Community Association, Inc. TownSq combines the social and administrative aspects of community living and helps you connect with your neighbors, collaborate with your management team and stay up-to-date on community happenings, any time on any device. It's designed to help you access the resources you need for better community living, all through one user-friendly mobile app.

  • Go to
  • Click "login" in the upper right on the next page and click on “need to register" below the login.  Enter your account number and zip code and follow the rest of the prompts to register.
  • To obtain an account number, please contact the On-Site Community Manager, Todd Haymans and he can assist.  (For new residents, there may be a delay of several weeks for the documentation to be processed from your closing docs. but your real estate agent should be able to assist.)
  • Once registered, login to TownSq by going to the homeowners site. The login is in green at the top left of the page. You can also go directly to TownSq at  to login.
