Car Stickers

When you purchase a home in Spring Creek, you must take your HUD statement to gate and they will provide car stickers at a cost of $15 per vehicle. If you wish to, you may purchase additional stickers at a cost of $15. Replacement stickers are also $15.  Additionally, renters will need to purchase car stickers at the gate for $15.

Spring Creek Community Association is here to serve you and we regret that you have come to this page. We would like an opportunity to resolve your issue. Dues

Associa Community Group manages Spring Creek and processes homeowner association dues. You can pay online through your bank or if you prefer USPS, the remittance address is:

Gatehouse/Security

Spring Creek security is supplied by Securitas. The officers monitor vehicles and visitors that come in and out of Spring Creek. If you are expecting guests to the neighborhood, please notify the Security Gate in advance so that they can provide them with a Visitor Pass. This pass should be visible in the vehicle at all times. Extended passes are available to frequent guests.

Also, if you see something suspicious have a need for security, don't hesitate to call  the gatehouse security at (540) 832-0832.

If it is an emergency that requires Police, Fire, or Rescue, call 911 immediately.


Key Fobs

Key fobs are necessary for access to the Fitness Center at the Sports Clubhouse. One key fob is provided for you. You can purchase additional fobs at the gatehouse  for a cost of $20.  


Mailbox Keys (for section E and F)

It is the builder’s responsibility to provide mailbox keys. If you purchase a resale home, you should get keys from the previous owner. If there is no key, contact the Gordonsville Post Office for a replacement key at a cost of $15. Their phone number is (540) 832-5002. 


Pool Passes

Pool passes are mailed in May and must be brought to pool for admission.  You are required to have a pool pass to enter the pool.  Renters obtain their pool passes from owners.  Pool information for this year may be found here.  If you do not get your pool passes in the mail, please reach out to our community manager, Sanjay Suri.


Trash Collection

Our trash/recycling is collected on Thursdays. Trash cans be placed at the curb Wednesday evening and removed (out of sight) by Thursday evening.The company we use for Trash and Recycling is Time Disposal. Time disposal uses single stream recycling so there is no need for separate containers.
